Mickanic is a marketplace that connects vehicle owners ("Drivers") with automotive service providers ("Mechanics") for the purpose of posting and bidding on vehicle-related work, including repair, maintenance, autobody, detailing, modifications, and related services.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Service.

5.1 Between Drivers and Mechanics
- When a Mechanic submits a bid, the Driver sees the Mechanic's name, profile, ratings, and bid details
- When a Driver posts a job, Mechanics in the relevant area can view job details, photos, and the Driver's first name
- Full contact information is shared only after a job is awarded and accepted by both parties
- Communications between Drivers and Mechanics may be monitored for safety, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution
5.2 Service Providers
We share information with trusted third parties who perform services on our behalf, including:
- Payment processors (e.g., Stripe)
- Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers
- Analytics providers
- Customer support tools
- Email and communication platforms
- Identity verification services
